I WISH I COULD RATE THEM 0 STARS. I payed $92 for a product. After I bought it, on the receipt it told me for the first time that it is NOT RETURNABLE. THIS WAS AFTER I BOUGHT THIS ITEM. NOT BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. I WAS UNAWARE OF THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The workers at this medical supply DID NOT tell me it was returnable. I'm am never coming to this place again.
