Let me add my voice to the chorus of compliments. Came here to get an estimate when someone banged into me. Daniel treated me like a human being instead of some chick who knew nothing about cars. Major plus! Gave me a written estimate and a time of about 2-3 days. After the accident-causer ok'd the estimate, I brought the car back Monday morning. Car was ready on Wednesday, as promised. My boyfriend referred me to Da Les Auto Body Shop to get some repair work done on my car. I had been in an accident and needed a new front bumper and headlight. Not only was all the Staff super friendly and and accommodating they fixed my accident repairs to look like new again, they graciously offered to fix a large scratch from where my car had previously been keyed, and a puncture on my back bumper AT A SUPER LOW RATE! I am a skeptic when it comes to reviews but this was seriously the best service that I have ever experienced as far as car repair goes. Not only did Da Les Body Shop do an excellent job but they are very knowledgeable and took care of a few items that were not part of the initial quote. Those of you that know me know that I LOVE my truck and take pride in keeping this 5 year old truck looking showroom ready. When I was struck on the side, I was horrified and violated! When it comes to cars, I have a huge problem with honesty. Not only do I not know very much about cars, but I experienced many times of being over charged simply because I failed in my part due diligence. I normally shop around a few body shops and compare prices. This was actually the fist shop I stopped by and was amazed to see that this store was featured on many magazines and awards framed in its main lobby. When service is SO good that you feel inspired to go write a review about it, you know you've found a great business. From start to finish I was fully impressed with these guys' professionalism and customer service. I recently got rear ended by some clown. Although the reason I went to Da-Les Auto Body was due to being rear-ended while driving to work, they made everything better by being a wonderful shop to work with. Lisa is always amazingly friendly and helpful, whether on the phone or in person, and she even made me hot chocolate while I was waiting for my estimate. This place exceeded every expectation I had. From the start, the staff was very professional, customer-oriented, detailed, and honest. They were looking out for my needs as they worked with the insurance company. Their office was clean and everyone was well spoken and kind.
