To make a long story short: My husband bought us a car from this dealer, financing $36,000 through our own bank and giving $3k cash down. They were pushing for $42000, but my husband persisted. After purchasing a 2011 Grand Cherokee on 10/7/10, we had to go back to this dealer to clarify the loan documents. We were already frustrated as Loan company was blaming on the documents provided by this dealer, and the dealer was blaming on the loan compay. Consumer has to suffer from their errors! I dropped my 07 Pacifica, (that I've only had for two months), off on Monday the 13th of July around noon. It was not shifting past 3rd gear and the check engine light was on. The rep told me that they were busy and they would be able to look at it till Tuesday.
