Last fall I was going into the hospital for surgery. On the same day the toilet in the upstairs bathroom started to leak on the floor. My wife called New Pipes Now and their technician came and met with her while I laid in the hospital. He quickly discovered that the problem was from an errant tube and reattached it to the correct pipe. I am grateful for the fast response and the honesty demonstrated by the technician. The crew from New Pipes Now did a great job on our copper repipe in our house. I got multiple estimates and New Pipes was the best estimate and I also liked the guys the best from the beginning. They were honest, professional and thorough and I trusted having them in my house. October 27, 2009 Reference: New Pipes Now To Whom It May Concern: New Pipes Now has been such an asset to Mission Grove HOA. We are a large complex with 380 units, located in San Jose. We have experienced quite a few challenges when it comes to our plumbing. Rob and his team have dealt with each job in a diligent and professional manner. I contacted New Pipes Now for pressure issues I was having in one of my bathrooms. I thought I would need copper re-piping throughout my house; however, they showed up for the quote and advised me that I did not need a whole house copper re-piping and only needed valves replaced in my bathroom. They could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge and over charged me for something I did not need. New Pipes Now is amazing! My house had to be repiped and they were in and out in three days! Rob Dobkins, the owner, and his team were extremely professional and they did an excellent job.
