Extremely rude and discourteous. I would never shop for them again. I didn't respond to a text about a mistake they made immediately, and was then told I would never work for another MSP again. I completed a shop for this company and was not paid. The shop requested I get sku numbers and I did not get the sku numbers, however, the scheduler sent me an email at 8:52a stating that I needed to get the sku numbers to her. I sent an email back at 10:16am stating I would get the sku numbers to her by 5pm. I got an email back from her at 11:21a stating they needed the sku numbers by 12pm. This company is way underrated. Issues are resolved fairly and quickly, and they NEVER pay $1. They don't have a ton of shops by me, but I have worked with them and numerous other mystery shopping companies, and this one is legitimate and fair. I encourage you to give them a try for yourself. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Unfortunately there's no way to say what I need without sounding bitter. They are unprofessional and discourteous to say the very least. I called in with a question about payment which was conveniently sent to the incorrect PayPal address (which is one I've never used nor have I ever had a PayPal account linked to it). JANCYN: This company should be shut down. This company claims to be professional but does not respond to emails or phone calls. This company will not paid you when you do a job. They will threaten you and use an excuse not to pay you. If you looking to work for a mystery shop that pays very well, please stay away from this one.
