Wow. This company is great when they want to sell you something but have a problem with the product and all they can do is say "You can have our techs look at it but if they need to figure anything out you will be charged". Their customer service is awful and their employees cannot help at all. I don't even blame the employees. I blame the managers who don't have a clue to how to manage a store. Shame on your company for ripping people off. Make sure they have not given you bogus id numbers. Read More »
