Our water heater finally broke and we had no hot water. We had concerns about people coming to the house during shelter in place but the lady explained on the phone that they are an essential business and that they will show up with masks, gloves, and shoe covers. They did a very profession job on replacing our water heater and we got a yearly maintenance plan to protect our new investment. Highly recommend them! Read More »

We called because of a water heater problem. They said they would be there between 3 and 5pm but did not come until the next day. Then when all we needed was the pilot light lit, they told us we needed a new water heater and install for $704 plus a service charge of $59 for coming out. After complaining, they did refund the $59 dollars. If we didn't get the second opinion it would have cost us $704. They are taking advantage of customers and should not be allowed to be in business. I contacted the plumbing service 3-10-11 after 1700 hours and was told a tech would visit my residence between 1200 to 1400 hours. I was told the tech would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival. On 3-11-11 at 1400 hours I had to call the service because nobody showed up to do the repair. The young lady who answered the phone told me the tech was busy on another job and I should here from him shortly. at 2600 hours I called the service again to notify them I had still not seen a plumber.... The water heater they sold me a year ago worked just fine, until I had to turn it off for fumigation purposes. I then had to call them because PG&E could not get it turned back on. Turns out the igniter is bad. I call Mike Counsil immediately and they told me the next appointment they could get me was in two days. TWO days! That's two days without hot water.
