The computer hasn't been used, was still in plastic. Computer stood idle except for 20-30 hours tops where it was briefly used for photos. When I turned it on last, a message came indicating that hard drive has failed and there is no explanation why that happened. HP would not repair free of charge. Defective product, bad service.
