I used this company to move a 4 bedroom house and one car from Northern California to Southern California. A member of their company came to my house and gave me a quote, which I was good with. The actual 3rd party company that came and boxed up my house were extremely good at what they did and were very efficient and nice. 2019-12, I had a $4000 contract with China Seven Colors Group (Chinaprinting4u.com) to print and ship 45 cases of book from Guangzhou to Baltimore, with all fees paid and no disclosure for further payment for me. 1-2 days before shipping, Air7Seas.com in California got all my information from China7Colors and combined with China7Colors to force me to sign a POA form with a service charge of $210 for Customs Clearance and CIF, threatening “Fines if not”. DO NOT USE AIR 7 SEAS! Smashed goods, hidden charges. The shipment took nearly 6 months to arrive. Many boxes damaged and smashed. The company would not honor the insurance I paid for. Air7Seas is a dishonest and fraudulent company. They claim to be members of a number of reputable professional freight forwarding and transport organisations, but the reality is that they are not members. They also claim to have had their "Terms & Conditions" approved by the NCBFAA (National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America) and this is another lie. Please! Just google "Air 7 Seas Transport Logistics Inc" and you will see what they are all about. They are just LIARS!!! No customer service whatsoever!!!!
