I’m contacting this list on behalf of my mother-in-law, who would have difficulty making this complaint as she is 82 years old & legally blind. The 1st job the Drain Doctor performed was for 2 toilets replaced at her residence on 9/10/08 (A straightforward job that they charged $1,000 for).
