Tom O'Leary of Planners Mortgage was referred to me by a business associate who had been happy with Tom's work. Tom did a great job handling my refinance. He was extremely efficient and professional, keeping the process moving rapidly and keeping me posted on virtually a daily basis. This company was recommended by a friend who is a real estate appraiser who said, "Tom at Planners always comes through with the loan. Well, my personal experience was outstanding. Tom interviewed me by phone, listed abbreviated assets on the application, which meant I didn't have to supply tons in documentation.
