This company is a scam. I feel like a bad episode of Dateline for "Crooked movers" after dealing with these criminals. They nickeled and dimed me for everything (stair charge, extended distance fee, extra hourly rates (because one of their movers was taking a dump in my toilet for 30 mins)). I used Aarons Moving based on the reviews and strong recommendation from Internet postings, and everything seemed to be ok when they moved my stuff out from my old apartment. Two guys showed up, slightly ahead of the scheduled time, and I was feeling pretty good about them. When we arrived at the new house, I asked them to put on shoe protectors so they would not ruin the carpet.
