I have used Wolfy's Roofing for over 10 years. After reading the review before mine, I wonder if this guy has ever had a roof installed before or whether he even bothered to try to work through whatever issues he had. Wolfy has installed dozens of roofs for my company. I have NEVER had a bad experience using Wolfy's Roofing. NEVER. He has always been prompt and on schedule. When I compared the bids, the bid was $7100 for the roof replacement, and for the dry rot fixing, $65/hr extra for labor and material at cost. I was demanding for the cap of the extra, but only promised it will be reasonable. In the end, when the job was done, over $3600 was charged on top of the initial bid, it's a big surprise to me, and I felt that I should have been informed prior and during the project, so that I can at least do some additional quotes comparison, otherwise, I felt I was...
