It is nearly impossible to get a response back from support when they have an issue. The first time I was able to get a response back from support, it took them a MONTH! I have now been having the same issue for almost 9 months now, and am still being charged despite it not being fixed. WHEN support will respond, they pick a keyword from your email and go with it. They use automated respons... Read More »

Mark P. posted a review

I have happily used and trumpeted the positives about Endicia until lately. You see, like many businesses, they were purchased and trimmed down to a lean, mean NO SERVICE machine.

I currently pay the highest amount for Premium "Service" and what I have received is regrettable. I am into the fifth day of problems with no one responding except to send me to "Tier 2," where I have waited up to 40 minutes with no one getting on the line. It is a joke. I don't even think the problem is that diffi... Read More »

Jan W. posted a review

I have been with Endicia for nearly four years now. In all that time I have sent hundreds of packages both insured and not insured. Now, all these years later, I find I must file a claim for a broken teapot I shipped and it is next to impossible to deal with their insurance company! I have paid hundreds of dollars for Endicia package insurance without a claim until NOW, for $40 and the hoops they make you jump through are next to impossible and in their time frame they give you! I already had... Read More »

Waitman G. posted a review

It is impossible to get any support. We pay Endicia over $1,400 per year in service fees however the response time to a support request is about one month.

For example: Since January 1, 2011 - there is an issue with their reports which delays shipment reporting for 3 days. If I do a "package lookup" on their site I cannot look for anything shipped today, yesterday, or the day before.

After leaving several voice messages (their tech support hotline goes straight to voice mail), faxing,... Read More »

Brian K. posted a review

Customer service is Poor. You can never get a person on the phone. Their message states a call back between 4 to 6 hour or the next morning. Did not happen, did not call back the day of support call or the next day even with repeat suport calls.

If you are shipping and your software or system is not working you are not doing business.

Support is poor, forget it if you need something the same day or next so you can run your business. Read More »

Charlene F. posted a review

Impossible to contact customer service by phone. I was the intended recipient, and I have a US Postal Service Track and Confirm receipt correctly showing that the package was returned to the sender because it was "undeliverable as addressed". Endicia representatives refuse to tell me how they could have issued the erroneous Delivery Confirmation, and even when presented with the Postal Service evidence (Track and Confirm) they refuse to admit that th... Read More »

Barry C. posted a review

Endicia.com is a great way to save money on shipping items across the Country. What a great thing this is too. BBB allowing and posting reviews. "Wonderful" I will do every Company I work with as I hope somebody does our Company too.

Back to Endicia. The Software and online help has been great. Signup was easy as can be and you can get a promo possibly through the Post office or elsewhere. It is much faster than using the Priority mail site from the post office and of course it is better t... Read More »

David V. posted a review

I switched from Stamps.com to Endicia and never looked back. I was a original beta tester for Stamps.com and was with them for about 3 years. When I discovered Endicia and how different if it was, I really liked it. Customer service has been great. Their 9.95 a month plan offers everything I need. It totally integrates with my outlook address book and I don't need the higher price plan to do this. Read More »
