It has been great! I just love this box. I no longer have cable. As a matter of fact,my daughter has requested her own box for her room. Love it! Just love it! Read More »

C. The unit stopped streaming movies. I contacted the company's technical support department. The unit was deemed defective and I was issued a return authorization number. The unit was insured and shipped via UPS on December 23, and it was received and signed for by a Roku employee on January 3. It is now January 8. Roku's customer service center told me that my tracking number did not exist in the UPS syst... Read More »

Sheryl D. posted a review

The written instructions for viewing Roku on mHuy TV are poor. They do not mention that a person needs to use the "Input" button on their remote so that the TV goes to "Video" (same as for viewing a DVD player). I called them 2 times and could not get thru to the Customer Service person what I needed to do. Obviously ROKU has outsourced their customer service business to another country, which made it even harder to deal with. When I figured out to put my TV on Video, and got it hooked up usi... Read More »

William M. posted a review

I bought a Roku player a year ago. I've had nothing but problems with it. Many of the apps for it freeze up all the time. I e-mailed Roku but they ignored me! I finally had to file a BBB complaint, but Roku has the nerve to try to exchange it after all of this instead of giving a refund. What's worse is that it's been a week, and I'm still waiting for Roku to get around to contacting me to set up the exchange. Read More »

Tom P. posted a review

I bought a Roku HD-XR from Amazon almost 6 weeks before I tried using it. I knew I was going to be getting Internet at home, and for a limited time, I was able to purchase this at a little bit of a discount from Amazon, so I did. Last night I unpacked it, hooked it up, and found that the HDMI connection would not work. The composite connection works fine, and the HDMI connection for my TV is good because I checked it with my DVD player.

Since my Amazon 30 day return window expired, I contac... Read More »
