I have been a customer of Prostores for over 6 years. Their site is easy to use and has all the tools you need to grow a successful business. I have spoken with customer service MANY times and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait very long for assistance and my problems have ALWAYS been resolved. I wish I could give ProStores a negative 5 stars, because I have never before witnessed such bad business practices. Their website offers free promotions and then charges you for them without your consent or authorization. And since they own PayPal too, there is virtually no way to get your money back.
