I purchase two patio doors from American Vision Windows. The installers did a great job, both doors fit like a glove. The doors look great. I didn't realize that one of the doors didn't include a dead bolt. I called American Vision Windows and left a message. Carlos Gomez returned my call, Carlos explain to me that the dead bolt wasn't in the contract. Carlos was very understanding, he told me that he would install it. We upgraded to triple pane windows and they were fast installing. We had a leak three months later and when we called them they responded and took care of the immediately. We are very pleased with their service and our salesman, Abraham Villegas was the best. Thank you AVW... Read More »

We did a lot of research before finally going with American Vision. Starting with our salesman Oscar and until the day they put our windows in, everything went well and was absolutely GREAT !! Windows are doing everything they said they would ex: the light bulb test...our living room is very cool now. The windows are very pretty and love the etching in the glass. i am so happy that this company was here for me when we decided to replace the windows and door in our home and our rental apartments. we bought the more expensive windows for our personal home, which are great quality and are really energy efficient. then we purchased the lower line for our apartments. you can tell the difference in the look of the windows of course because they are cheaper but all of my tenants love the new windows. so i this was the perfect purchase for our apartments. tha... i just had 26 new windows and 3 patio sliding doors put into my house by american vision windows. my sales man was Robert and he knew so much about the window that i bought. through out the project i would call him to ask questions and he had all of the answers. it made us feel very secure, when having to let complete strangers into our home to start a major project. and when they did come out to take out the old windows and put the beautiful new ones in, it was such an easy process. my wife just purchased 4 plygem windows and 1 plygem sliding door this company and they were installed last week also. we were a little scared of the construction going on in our home but american vision windows really did put our concerns to rest. when the installers came out they were very polite and introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. they set down tarps in our home and made sure they cleaned up all of the mess once they were finished. the new windows do really... i purchased windows from this company in 2008. i was very happy with the windows. a few months ago the lock on my screen door broke. i called into the office and the service manager had a service tech out to my house 2 days later and they fixed the problem. they kept up their end of the contract with the warranty. my windows still look great also after 4 years. thank you for the great job. I had several estimates, but one thing I found was nobody accept the rep from American Vision Windows showed me the guts of the window, the glass how it works and why. The windows I bought were exceptional quality. My sales guy was so nice to me. When I wanted to change things he came right over to my house to help. Then when I saw some of my caulking coming off i spoke to one of the girls in the office and she had a worker come out to my house the very next day. Read More »

Dear Kristina, Your service was great. All your employees were professional and courteous. The windows look great. When I did have a problem (poor clean-up the first day of the install), the issue was handled. The guys cleaned up thoroughly the second day. I had 8 windows replaced in my home with triple pane windows Before my house was cold and drafty but after the windows went in, the draft is gone. The installers were really nice and clean.
