I came to US few months back and I was looking for a regular insurance but none of the insurance companies provided me with a remark that you need to be present in US for at least 6 months. Even after 6 months, you should have build a medical history to be able to get one. Neither me nor my family visited any doctor in those 6 months, but that was not taken into consideration. I have been a customer of Visitorscoverage for last couple of years. My Parents visits me every year from UK , in summer time and I purchase insurance for them. Misleading advertisement. Their newspaper advertisement says I can save up to 40% on visitors insurance. But I found that the rates are same everywhere. Read More »
