My experience with the company was fantastic. I used their LCD repair service for my Macbook Pro. I had a resolution question which I called about which was promptly answered. There was a significant amount of time wasted on the part of the shipping company before the company ever got my machine. The box they sent me to pack the machine in was also damaged.
