The crew is spectacular. Clearly the HVAC installation team knows what they are doing. From the start of the job there was very little discussion about who does what and there was not much of anyone directing anyone; they worked as a well rehearsed unit. The sheetrock ceiling cutouts for the registers were precise and clean, very little dust escaped them. The plumbing and electrical was laid out and installed in a clean and organized fashion. Today Sandium and Michael Lee completed installation and testing of a very high efficiency heat pump heating and cooling system in my home. I feel very fortunate to have discovered them, had the opportunity to work with them, and have them do the job. Excellent Company to do business with: I highly recommend doing business with Sandium. I did a lot of research on installing a new furnace and A/C system but couldn't find a company that I wanted to give my money to. Sandium was recommended to us by an government HVAC technician that we know. Nik and Michael were very professional and patient from the start. Excellent Job !!!: I wanted to replace my old furnace and add an A/C. It took me a while to decide who I am going to do the installation with. I really did a market research before I made the decision. I started with four quotes that looked almost the same and had no idea who to go with. One of the quotes was from Sandium. Sandium Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new furnace, an air conditioner and air ducts in my home in San Jose this month.
