Dean Poshard is a complete liar and fraud. He represents himself as a licensed contractor flaunting it on his trailer when it was revoked years ago. He will charge you for exaggerated hours and unfinished work. He is currently collecting disability even though he is finishing in competition bike racing and skimboarding, and working under the table for cash.
