I've completed an offer by playing "The Heavens" and didn't get the gems for "Throne Rush" game as promissed. I've tried to contact someone on TrialPay, but got no response so far. Honestly? I recently added this option to my game and it's been a sudden influx of extra revenue and delight to myself and my players. The times things didn't work(credit not given) were easy to get fixed. The report engine is easy to use, and getting it connected wasn't hard either. Customer support has, overall, been helpful. I was on Listia trying to earn credits through TrialPay offers, and though I completed the offers according to the guidelines, there were a bunch of offers I never got credit for. I sent numerous e-mails to their customer service with no response, and now I can't access any of the offers on the website. I have currently contacted Listia about this problem, so hopefully something can be done about this terrible company, and hopefully they get rid of TrialPay for their Offer-for-Credits program... Trial pay "just said no" but when I emailed them to say I was filing a complaint with the NY State Attorney General & the Federal Trade Commission that they engaged in deceptive practices they wrote back the next day & gave me a registration code to Winzip. I purchased a membership to QPB book club, through Trail Pay and was supposed to receive a free copy of Ad Aware Software. The software was supposed to be downloaded from the site after the transaction was completed. Now I am told that the software will require 48 hours before it will be available. I completed an offer with TrialPay. I waited to receive the compensation promissed, but received nothing. I contacted them and they refused to help me. I gave them proof of the completed offer and they sent back a response saying they could be of no further assistance. What kind of customer support is that? They have absolutely no customer service. This is the WORST service I have EVER recieved in my WHOLE LIFE!!!! They are supposed to give you credits @ listia.com for completing offers, however you have to contact them time after time to get your credits, and thats even if they give you your credits!!!!! I can attest to the fact that trialpay is a fraud. After reading many reviews, I signed up just to see what would happen. I was trying to get a free copy of admuncher software. I purchased a customized coffee mug for $1.99 from Vista print as required and never received an email or confirmation from trialpay about completing my order. I have tried to contact Trialpay numerous times via email and by phone which I have received no email response back nor a return phone call after leaving a message. It has been almost 2 weeks now. I will never use this service again. I made a purchase of 50 dollars and never received my items. After numerous email they finally contact me 8 days later and say the problem has been resolved. I filed a complaint online, "feedback form", on your Papa Johns website, a week ago on a delivery made to my apartment. I paid online using VISA Card full amount of $29+ to purchase product for 1 yr. After online loading upon agreement, I received a feedback of TrialPay. I just hope this is in error and that I should be informed of being confirmed for one year service instead of trial version. I have had a very bad experience with TrialPay. I signed up for TrialPay and completed an instant offer (Free Credit Score for Fandango). I even got the immediate email confirmation from F.C.S. Trialpay has horrible customer service and non lack of support for getting back to you. I have been having a ongoing issue with them. Today out of spite they have reported me to a game I play for abuse. I have my bank account information, credit card account information, and the emails that have been going back and forth about this issue. I have had a very frustrating experience with TrialPay. I always buy a prepaid credit card from my bank for online purchases and have never had a problem before. I tried to buy a product and their website said there was a problem and please try again. I did more than once. Each time it made an authorization and tied up the purchase amount for a week. In the TrialPay deal I was promised a coupon code for $20 off a product that allows you to stream instant video to your TV if you were never a subscriber to Netflix in the past. TrialPay said I would receive an email with the coupon code after signing up for Netflix. I didn't receive anything. Deceptive.I tried to purchase Espionage (mac encryption program) via a GoDaddy offer. Trialpay link says: 1) need to spend at least $5, 2) need to be new customer, 3) need to complete offer within 2 hours.Followed instructions to the letter and used their links to purchased a domain. TrialPay seems to me to be a scam. I responded to an ad which promised a free years membership in mylife.com if I buy 4 books for $1.00 from Quality Paperback Book Club, which I did. Now Trialpay refuses to credit me for the purchase.
