Response from Phonezoo - this user had a bad experience with one of the advertisers on Phonezoo.com, not with Phonezoo. While we regret the inconvenience to the user, Phonezoo is in no way responsible for this matter. It would be like holding NBC or CBS liable for a bad experience with a product that was advertised on their channel.
