I purchased Phones from this outfit they did not come programed as I requested. I asked if they where SIP compatible and was informed they where I made the mistake of thinking if I asked for something then they would send me what I asked for when. I contacted them they said I lied that I did not specify any programming, I let it slide told them what I was connecting the phones to and sent the phones back to be reprogrammed, again they sent me phones that where not compatible with open sip.
