We ordered an engraved wine box nearly two months before the wedding. Several weeks later, having not received anything, I checked the order tracking. It turns out, UPS had returned it to them. I'm not sure why, all of the information I provided was correct. Despite having received it back at their warehouse, they hadn't contacted me in any way, shape or form. Sweet 16 party - spoke at length to a customer service agent to make sure I was ordering the right item and that what appeared in the photo on line was actually what I was going to get. Though they responded and 'offered to fix' the problem for an additional $20.00 - I had to laugh. They disregarded what their CS agent told me and just pointed the finger. Be wary of this company! I would never do business with this company again. They have ripped me off for $70.00. I placed an order for a Shower on April 26, 2009 . I ordered them in February and received them in February. Upon revieving them, I looked at them and saw what I orderd was what I received, I did not count them. The week before the shower the bridemaids got together to put ribbons on them and discovered I was shipped only 60 not the 80 I ordered.
