terrible company. Don't trust them. I had the same problem as most people had with this company. They called and said the first month would be a free trial and that they would send me a letter to see whether or not i wanted to continue with them. PaymentOne has repeatedly charged me for a bogus service.The so called service is named My Home Office Solution. To me the name sounds bogus and I have never received anything. The only thing that has happened is a $16.00 bill appearing on my phone statement like magic. This service I never authorized. This company has repeatedly placed random charges on my landline phone bill that were not requested or authorized. I have never even heard of this company and very rarely use my home phone, yet they claim I have called them requested 19.95 worth of their services. Called and problem fixed the first time after being given a major hassle and again this month it shows up again. I happened to notice an unauthorized charge from PaymentOne on my Dec 2010 ATT&T phone bill. I did not sign up for any services. The sales rep I spoke to informed me that I would be refunded and that I was actually double charged last month. The total amount charged to me was $299.85. I am truly angered by the fact that something like this could happen and thankful that I caught it early enough. ATT&T should not have allowed this to happen. Payment One signed me up for their services without an agreement from me. Their practices were dishonest. Watch out for them! I agreed to a 30 day free trial, but they were supposed to get back in touch with me to go through the details and explain how to use their service. PAYMENT ONE IS A HUGE SCAM!!!! THey called our company and we said not interested and then they put it on our Qwest business account.
