Really bad experience with Villa. New home purchase, after a few months we found that our hot water heater was leaking. Call our home warranty company. They called Villa Plumbing and they came out, confirmed our heater was leaking. They ordered and installed a new hot water heater. We have used Villa Plumbing on multiple occasions... All their technicians are very professional and courteous. We recommend them to all our friends who have plumbing issues and they never let us down. All of the office staff if great and is extremely helpful. Read More »

We had a really bad experience with Villa. Our home insurance selected them and sent them to our house. The scheduling was a nightmare and they confirmed and did not show up couple times. The technician shows up at 4 pm saying he is already very tired after a long day (that's a customer's problem it seems), he was a novice who spent several hours trying to install a washer dryer and at the end messed it up. He swapped the washer and dryer and then realized the hot/cold water pipes were short.... Read More »

I have worked with this company on several occasions and they are the best company that the my home warranty uses... There technicians are very professional and courteous. I have had them out four separate occasions. Never once have a had a problem, I did have a couple things that were not covered by my insurance which was frustrating but Villa gave me a price about 20 percent cheaper than all three other estimates.
