I've known LaContempo for several years now. I have shopped with them from time to time. I have purchased guest room sofa set, queen and twin storage beds, TV table and dining chairs. I am very happy with all items, no complaints. They provided very polite, helpful, sharing info in detail, no push shopping service. Deliveries were on time. These guys have a huge showroom filled with all famous Italian brands and other modern furniture lines. They were very friendly and even though I said I was not ready to buy anything they bore with my endless questions and spent their time with me. I live in NJ. I received the foot-board of the bed damaged.I called the customer service.The gentleman I talked with (his name was Danny) was very kind and professional. I received the replacement part in 10 days (Considering the warehouse is in CA, it is good enough for me.
