DO NOT BUY FROM Airsoft Megastore! I bought an air rifle for my son Christmas 2013 and it never worked. Before I even sent it back customer service said they would not honor the warranty because I used non-authorized pellets. The gun never even shot pellets! There were no pellets in the gun. When they received it they would not even replace it. The BBB said Airsoft Megastore never even responded to the complaint I filed. Recently bought some guns for my nephew from this place. Couldn't be happier with the level of service and also the great prices. When one of the guns had a jamming issue, we called in and spoke on the phone to Wilson, who promptly resolved the issue for us. I have ordered from this company 4 times. 3 of the 4 I have received broken or defective items. I bought a KJW Sig Sauer P229 which was a broken and useless. However, they replaced it quickly, with a second broken pistol. I assumed it was an issue with the brand, so I ordered a KWA M93r limited edition... broken out of the box. BUYER BEWARE! I had bought two (2) of the WellFire Full Metal Gearbox VZ61 CQB Scorpion AEG Rifle SMGs from AIRSOFT MEGASTORE for my son's 12th birthday. We went to Patriot Airsoft for there grand opening April 28th. My son's bday was April 29th. So I gave them to him early. I charged the batteries for 24 hours before we went. BUYER BEWARE. This company sent me a used, broken gun in a package that had been previously opened, the gun was delivered late even though I'd paid extra to get it there on time for Christmas, and after a huge hassle they agreed to refund only $71 of the $136 I'd paid for the gun, even though I sent it back immediately. Go elsewhere!!!. Emails not answered! Calls not answered! This alone makes me sure they'll never get my business again. Best airsoft store hands down. From the warranty they provide to the helpful service, I am going to be a customer for life. Recently they just issued me $20 in free credit, just for spending over $250 on their site, wow, their promos are really good too (real promo, real cash back credit, no mail in rebate BS to deal with here). Love airsoft-mega-store. They have the best deals hands down on airsoft and their customer service is supreme. Airsoft Megastore has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. My son worked all summer to save up enough money to purchase a Kar 98 gun. When the gun arrived, it was defective out of the box. The bolt would not work properly. After reading the manual that came with the gun, we were told to field strip the gun. Air-soft megastore is a great store with a great selection and low prices. Bought a rifle, mask, and magazine from Airsoft Megastore. They were so poorly packaged the mask was deformed and broken because the rifle was sitting on it in the box, the rifle sight-viewer fell off during my son's first use, and the magazine didn't fit. Amazing products, amazing service. I don't understand all these "complaints" against the company, my friends, team mates, and even co-workers have all ordered from airsoft megastore before in the past 4 years with no issues whatsoever. Very poor warranty and service results from this company. They rely on a multitude of excuses by citing fine print on their website. Also, if you send a product back and they claim that it is not a covered repair, you have to pay to have the item returned or pay for the repair without proof that it is not covered. My son (11) saved his money to purchase an AK47 and a pistol. The pistol came with the scope broken and the AK47 selector switch broke the 2nd day. We returned them both for a refund (store credit) minus the 10% restocking. The company refunded the AK47 and charger less the free shipping less the 10% and the additional 5% discount we recevied. I bought 9 airsoft guns from airsoftmegastore.com for my son's 14th BDay party. I was sent a broken gun, but couldn't tell until I open the box to find out. I ordered a P90 from the company on a Monday and got a confirmation email saying it was shipped Tuesday. This Airsoft retailer is the very best of the best. Shipping is insanely fast. My son ordered an Airsoft gun and some upgrade parts on a Monday afternoon, and the package LITERALLY arrived the next morning.
