Unless you want the absolute worst customer service possible and poor quality of doors and windows DO NOT waste a minute with this company. I ordered $7200 worth of doors and windows the end of June and am still waiting for the job to be finished.They said they would have them in 10 to 14 days. I am not kidding when I say the owner has set up 5 different appointments to get the job finished and I wait all morning and no one shows up. I got some quotes a few months back but was not impressed with either the salesmen or the windows I was shown... I was recently referred to OCC by a neighbor who had their windows and patio doors replaced and was extremely satisfied. I met with Steve from OCC. He brought a sample of the window to my home and gave me a price right on the spot without a bunch of mumble-jumble. I was very impressed with the window and the price. My wife and I ordered windows (Anlin) from another company prior to ordering from OCC. Luckily Steve from OCC had replied to my wifes inquiry to get another bid. OCC offered a very similar product at almost half the price we were about to spend. We have since had the windows installed and we love them. They do not have some of the features the other models had but for performance and look they are great. We had a very positive experience with OCC and will refer them to our friends and family... I had two other companies come to my home before O.C. Craftsman. The other two companies reps were very nice and spent a lot of time, actually TOO much time demonstrating thier windows (2 hours)I still gave them my full attention. I was shocked and a little upset that both of these "well known" companies said that "if I did not make a decsion to buy that day, I would lose the best price" Needless to say I said "No Thanks" I met with the OCC rep Mike. I spent the past few months debating to replace the windows in my home. I went to Home Depot and Lowes to get some ideas. I would NEVER buy anything from either of those companies. I then met with Orange County Craftsman. They really know their stuff. I was impressed with the knowledge of the staff as well as thier design ideas to improve my homes look.
