I called this company asking for a full coverage insurance policy for myself and my family. Jennifer quoted me coverages and prices. Please be advised they are NOT selling you a Major Medical Insurance Policy! They Agent will tell you whatever you need to hear to complete the sale! It is the BIGGEST SCAM in health insurance sales! Lied to about every detail and salesman tried to push every product onto me with more lies. Sold me HII Insurance Solutions and lied about every detail that I specifically asked about! Wanted to purchase insurance, but they would not send ANY Details as to what the insurance plan covered until you paid the WHOLE policy (6 months).. thought it was strange, but they said that if I paid it and Purchased insurance on a trial bases that I had 10 days to terminate and get all my money back. Received a call without request, they stated that I requested this call. I have 100% paid insurance via employer. After stating this and attempting to ask how they received my information I was rudely hung up on. Previous review stated customer service A+ I think that is a seeded thread, a feeble attempt to squash the other posts. I would never recommend this company to anyone! After requesting a quote out of curiosity for health insurance due to an email I received titled, "The New Obamacare tax on the uninsured" offering affordable health care for the unisured, I inuput my information & requested a quote. This company provided me with probably the rudest cold sales call I have ever received. This occurred after a long series of phone calls from the same company and me requesting to be removed from call lists each time. The gentleman called me (at 9 pm no less) to try and sign me up for their health coverage.
