I am writing about the Bullet Express Trio Meal Machine. I purchased a "Trio" at BJ's Warehouse in January 2011. After periodic use the meal mixer cover broke April 2011. I contacted Bullet Express Customer Service (BECS) and explained situation. BECS required that I send it a copy of my BJ's receipt and other information about the unit in my possession. Purchased my bullet express in september, after taking nearly a month to get it, the first time I tried to use it smoke poured out of the base. After waiting nearly 30 minutes on hold with them I gave up and tried to deal with them online. That took 10 days for them to respond to. Finally the base was replaced, 2nd base didn't work.
