Dan went way beyond what I would consider normal customer service in my dealings with his company. Dan provided me with above and beyond excellent customer service in my dealings with his company. I was contacted by USA Locators through a letter and I wasn't sure it was legit but in the letter were links to the Better Business Bureau. I found the company to be not only legitimate, they give excellent customer service, care about the process and care about the person receiving the funds. USA Locators is an excellent organization. We were first notified by mail about out unclaimed funds. At first we were skeptical, however, since there is no upfront payment required, we thought why not. This has been an excellent experience. This business is unethical in every sense. There is absolutely no need for a locater to get your money! It’s literally just a guy finding out that taxation Revenue owes you money, Then sends you taxation submission documents for lost money and a contract for 20% of YOUR MONEY.
