Simply put FRLC did exactly what I needed, they got the modification on my mortgage. Something that I was unsuccessful at doing for months prior. Just got our loan modification approval saving us $3,334.00 a month! That's not a misprint. Sure, it took just over 18 months, but we made no mortgage payments during the process. There's no way you can do this by yourself. The too big to fail banks will throw your home loan under the bus in a heartbeat. FRLC will take them to task for pennies on the dollar. My experience with Financial Relief Law Center has been a very positive experience. FRLC was very clear in explaining the laws and expectations. They helped me through a time of hardship and were very supportive. To understand the quality of service from Mark, Financial Relief Law Center, I have to go back in time. I, being a commercial real estate consultant, had a golden era of Real Estate Boom or Bubble. FRLC helped my husband and I over the past year to help modify our home mortgage with B of A. My husband has had 2 shoulder surgeries in the past year and a half, thus, being put on disability. Financial Relief Law Center was our saving grace at a time where we thought we would not save our home. After trying directly with Bank of America to qualify for a loan modification for obvious qualifying reasons in a two year period. FRLC helped me save my home! The bank would not work with me and I called FRLC. From the 1st call they were helpful, respectful and kind. They were up front with all fees and costs. At one point, I had to file an emergency chap 13 to stop the foreclosure of my home. The bank then decided to work with me and the chap 13 did not have to be filed.
