I ordered 3 pacifiers from this site because they were specialty items my daughter loves and they are difficult to find. 8 ordered them a month ago and never got them. When I contacted them numerous times by Emil and phone, the idiot on the other line kept saying sorry there was nothing he could do. They took my money and never sent the product. I wish I could say that the purchase was overall a great experience. My son loves these cups – they are the perfect size and easy to clean. However, I would never recommend this seller to anyone – their customer service is atrocious to say the least. They messed up my order by not sending the right quantity of cups in the original shipment. Ordered a toddler comforter set and spent 85.00. Product came three weeks later and was the wrong product. I called Babyhaven and talked to Susan (she is the only one who ever answers) they said they would send out the correct one. I waited for a month and kept calling and finally talked to Susan again, and she said there was no tracking number and it never got shipped out and that they didn't have the product. Ordered Kidco Peapod as a gift for a baby shower. Was told it would arrive in 4-6 days. I am now at day 10 and no Peapod! It is impossible to reach anyone at this company by e-mail or phone, no matter what time of day or night you try. I try to sign into my account and it shows no order history. I bought a baby booster seat 1 month ago and still have not received it. This was the only website I shopped that I didn't use PayPal and it just happens that right after I had my credit card used for purchases I didn't make. Very fishy. Awful experience! I ordered a double stroller from Baby Haven and I was so excited as it was a great price and free shipping. I waited and waited but the shipment never showed. Ordered a Keekaroo chair which stated on the website that it was 2-3 business days for shipping. Was charged for it and 2 weeks later still no chair. Called and emailed several times and was told they would contact the manufacturer for a tracking number. I ordered a baby gate from Baby Haven on line a month ago. When I received the gate, it had parts missing. I phoned Baby Haven and they agreed to let me return the item, but charged me $26. for shipping.
