I cannot speak for the entire office staff my loan officer Barbara at first was great, then slowly went MIA. She didn’t rely all the information that she should have, she didn’t lock out I interest rate when It was lower and on top of it all was so rude the day I finally met with her in person. Perhaps I was an isolated case from what I see on the rest of the reviews but I got ripped off of $450. I had came to 1st Choice Lending as my first option for a Refinance quote and as is customary I also went out and shopped for a 2nd opinion.
