ABS Internet has been taking care of our computer network and Internet needs for the last 7 years. After another company could not fix a problem that we were having, they told us to call Will Miller at ABS, because he is the best. For the past 10 years, ABS has provided our company with support and sales for all our Data, Voice, Security, and Internet needs. They are large enough to help us with our acquisition of several companies over the years and were instrumental in making this integration seamless into our existing infrastructure. I've had all my websites hosted with ABS for over six years, and got my computer from the company, as well. I have always gotten incredibly fast, cheerful, and professional service from the company and its representatives. An ABS tech configured the shopping cart for my business and was then kind enough to help me learn about functions I did not understand. The company has really poor customer service. Even the receptionists who answer phone calls aren't nice. They answer the phone nicely but when you start talking they try to as much buzz you off! This doesn't show much of quality work to me. If you don't value your customers (new or current), there's no point in doing business with you. Read More »
