I paid this people $2500 for a loan modification in October 2009. After 15 months they are now telling me that because I mailed some pay stubs directly to the bank, not to them. My claim has been denied. According to them thy were sending false pay stubs to the bank. This people make misleading advertisement, do not deliver the goods they promise and they use improper selling practices. Read More »

First I want to say Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me save my home and my family future. We where very scared and very skeptical, but your agents told me the truth and gave me the facts up front. Other companies lied to me. We where in process of losing our home and Homesmart rescued us and took us out of that bad situation. We are now paying a little less than 50% of our original payment.
