I called to order the Life Fitness 95xi standard and the person on the phone who claimed to be the general manager (9/29/2010 -- 10:27 PM eastern time) very rudely told me that the price I was previously quoted was for a stripped down version. I pointed out that the web page listed this machine as having all of the same features as the newer model (for which he was asking $1000 more).
