I was given a quoted 3 days ago on my Honda which seemed a bit too low I was told by other carriers that it was not true. I however was so comfortable with Upgrade that I gave them that chance and yes the rate went up 5.00 a month more because I needed rental coverage other than that everything was accurate and exactly like I was promised over the phone! My car was totaled by a drunk driver 3 weeks ago parked on the street. I had my car stolen outside my house 2 months ago the car was found totaled 3 days later the insurance company access general the company the upgrade set me up with never called me until 2 weeks later to tell me that they decided to pay me?? Ok the lady denisse was nice and polite but cmon she called me atleast 5 times when I told her I was at work and would call her back! She must have a quota omg very annoying I had to turn off my cell. I taught they hustled me at first by quoting me 70 a month full coverage my rate ended up being 78 monthly but they claimed they did not have all my info over the phone they had to confirm it when i came in. They first quoted me 79.00 a month then my agent ran my record and said I had two speeding tickets that I went to traffic school on?? So the rate changed 100 a month which really blows I spoke to the supervisor he insisted that I go through the DMV and the traffic school to get them removed then they will lower my rate the same day! At first I was given full coverage at $900 a year during the process discovered that i did not have rental or towing I was not very happy with so then my rate went up 105 for the year so after speaking to a manager who was help full they were able to honor my $900 with giving me the coverage so that was cool! These guys are the real deal! I bought a policy during the week and got hit by a uninsured driver 3 days later, I at first did not want the uninsured driver but the agent thier advised me that i should get it it only changes my rate by apprx 100 per year!
