Professional customer service they answered all questions I had...Got popped for speeding in LA and waited until the last minute ...this was quick and easy no extra fees plus this program is well written....EASY to follow instructions....nothin lame about this program...no cartoon junk...each chapter has a short quiz and they give you a study guide for the Final...easy...quick...and they sent my information to my LA court..will recommend... This was a TERRIBLE experience! First of all, on the very first page, when it asked for ticket information (docket #, LEA, section violation, court location, county, etc), it gave you NO hints as to where to find this info! Other online traffic schools do. Also, the format of the reading material is long chapters to scroll through that can take over an hour to read completely through. Nothing to break it up. I received a ticket in Los Angeles County....No problems with this course .....L.A. County I guess requires courses be timed....but I had no problems...Follow the instructions...it was easy.....Not unhappy at all... My boyfriend received a ticket in Aladmeda and used this course too! He thought it was user friendly too... Read More »

Several technical problems..had to delete cookies and restart several times to be allowed to submit a chapter..(once reset timer, so had to wait even more:( Several questions did not have answers that matched the text! Irrelevant questions about Sweden and Boston (in California edition)!!! Certainly NOT quick and NOT easy. Read More »

Great customer service! I called many Traffic Schools on the list sent to me by the court before deciding on Quick and Easy Traffic School they actually answered the telephone! They offered Electronic filing to my court without charge other online court approved traffic schools charge add on fees for the identification verification and electronic filing.
