I just wanted to type this because I just had to let everyone know how EXCELLENT this whole process was under Paul Moffit and his assistant, Brittany. First, Paul didn't pressure me at all and kept me informed on the rates as they were faltering back and forth. He simply told me that whenever I wanted to lock the rate that he would do so.
