We met William in our old house 5 years ago for basic home automation. Since then he has done our new house with complete system for audio, cameras, tv's, light automation etc. He has also done all the work in my State Farm Agency. I have referred William to over 10 friends and clients and all have said he was great. William is honest and does great work. I hadn't bought a new TV in 10 years and shopped around until I found CS&V. William Sanchez went out of his way to explain to me about all the latest and greatest technology, the install process, and component specifics. I don't want to say too much because you might think I'm a friend of this company but I'm not. I tried several "sound & image" companies and they were either professional but expensive or affordable with a poor quality service. I just had William Install home video and sound equipment and components in three different rooms in my cocnut grove home, icluding a 70 inch Sharp Flat screen. I defended entirely on his expertise in not only installing but picking out which componets he believed were best given the price cap. I im thrilled with it all. We hired Custom Sound to do a major installation that included wiring our entire condo for sound, installing a home theater system, wiring 5 televisions and setting up our wifi network. I needed a flat screen TV in my kitchen on very short notice, and, once again, William came through with flying colors. He gave me the date and time he would be at my house, and he was there right on schedule--even a day earlier!
