NMS is awful. Absolutely AWFUL to deal with. I've made numerous complaints regarding amenities, unexpected rent charges, and problem tenants. They advertise as a 'Luxury' rental company. NMS is a far cry from Luxury. Examples: Utilities are included in rent -> come to find out they tack on an extra 'Utilities Management Fee' on top of your rent hoping you never notice it.
