Michael provided AWESOME customer service! He not only took care of issues that A & R Home Inspections failed to fix under warranty (see their BBB rating), he asked if I wanted to come up on the roof with him so we could look over the problem together. I called Michael Saturday evening about my broken hot water heater that had been "fixed" once by another company for nearly $175. He came Sunday morning at 8 am and got the old hot water working again. We decided it was best to replace the 30+ year old beast (although I think he fixed it for the time-being) and he came Tuesday and replaced the hot water heater with a nice new model. Since May 2010, AAA Master services has done a number of jobs in my house: 1. Washer-dryer install 2. Water heater install 3. New HVAC install 4. Irrigation system repair 5. Water softener install 6. RO system install 7. Bathroom remodeling - replumbing old lines for surround shower jets, installing new sinks, etc. As you can tell, I have used him over and over again, which attests to quality of his work. Our house is 55+ years old and have employed AAA Master Services for several problems, two of them major. He's always come out promptly,found the most efficient way to fix the problem, and left the area tidy on completion. Recently, we had drain lines changed under the house (due to settling and maybe weird original plumbing, in some places the water had to run uphill, with predictable results). Mike came out in the early evening to give us a quote for the job, and then he stayed til almost 11pm to do the work right then and there. You never know what you are going to get when you call a random contractor you found on google. But in this case, we couldn't be happier. Fast, hardworking, professional, knowledgeable. Although I live in California with a duplex in Albuquerque, The owner is the most HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY business owner I've ever worked with. His quality of work and promptness is amazing. I've got a 23 foot chevy P-30 food truck thats got the best food in Albuquerque. Oh yeah, this is about Mike. Well when the heat hit early this year my refrigeration started acting up, another company had put in an evaporator last fall and wouldn't ya know they f'd it up. Our problem: 1. hot water took about 5 minutes to get to the kitchen and guest bath even though we had a hot water recirculating pump AND 2. we had sediment in all hot water lines. I highly recommend this company. We were ready to replace our hot water heater (as recommended by two other plumbing contractors) until Michael arrived. He spent two hours at our home assessing the problem and came up with a solution that did not involve the water heater. He gave us an estimate and performed the repair the following date. First off, AAA Master Services came highly recommended by my Realtor. I had some issues with bad tenants in one of my properties and the owner Michael promptly came to my rescue. We called Michael out because we couldn't get our gas firplace to light. There is always that fear with consumers that if you do something wrong, the whole house will explode. Not the case, and Michael showed us why. He is FANTASTIC. Not only did he get the pilot light lit instantly (even with a faulty switch in the fireplace) he showed us how to do it safely, and on our own next time. Michael is a very professional, competent plumber. He and his apprentice worked late to accommodate our schedule, and did a great job. The cause of our problem was very poor workmanship by the original builder. Michael rebuilt the toilet plumbing the way it should have been to begin with. In March 2009, I had to have the house re-piped due to leaks. I called AAA and requested a written free estimate. Mike came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work to be done.
