I worked with Ali to make a change to my order (we made a different design decision the next day after the order). My order had not gone to production when I called, and she was able to hold the production and change the order. Bought tiles and cornice from these guys on their website. Got a standard 2X2 tile, and chose a color from what they offered. Product arrived and was absolute garbage. We thought w were ordering an American product from an American company. Nope - they were drop shipped from India. Tiles were very thin and flimsy (my credit card is thicker than these). I would really love to give this small business a good review, but unfortunately I cannot. I started out ordering tiles. That went relatively well. They did take a week to get my samples to shipping, but other than that, when I ordered my full tile order, all was great! I really enjoyed my Styrofoam tiles!.. I Also felt I got them at a reasonable price! I am a photographer and I used them to put on a wall .. so that I could use that as a backdrop!.. I would recommend Decorative Ceiling Tile products to anyone looking to create a tin ceiling look. The tiles were very easy to install and look just like real tin. We thought that based on the product pictures and the price, that this was the best deal we could find. Our tiles arrived on schedule, and when we opened the box we were thrilled. We had no experience working with this sort of product but the tiles were easy to work with. As good as they looked in the box, they looked even better on the ceiling! Everyone loves them. Decorative Ceiling Tiles met my needs perfectly. My condo had popcorn ceilings. There are very few attractive options for covering this type of ceiling without the messy, expensive process of removing the popcorn. We ordered about 24 of the thin, styrofoam ceiling tiles, not knowing how they would really look painted. Just a trial, really. We had a decorative painting guy do a hand painted finish on them. Then we used them on a wall, instead of a ceiling to create a cool backdrop in our photography studio. All I can say is WOW. They look like gorgeous, expensive, richly detailed metal ceiling tiles! I have worked with this company multiple times, and am renovating a historic home. After paying big money to a Contractor to remove and replace my Dining Room ceiling, and after looking at it and seeing a basic, white, dull ceiling, I started to search for another way. Ordered the copper backsplash (wc20 pvc roll) from DCTI and am very happy with my purchase. Shipping was quick, and though a small problem existed (wrong product) it was resolved within a few days by DCTI.
