These guys are as good as advertised. They are efficient, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. They came out to install a new light fixture and bulb in our pool. But they did more than that. When they noticed that the pool heater was not working and that the electrical wires were not properly connected, they did not leave until everything was working perfectly. We called PSMP to come out and diagnose a severe pool leak and electrical issue and Alex came out ASAP. Instead of trying to sell us right away on a new skimmer and plumbing as another contractor would do, he recommended trying some more cost effective solutions first. After everything was completed, we spent a fraction of what we would of paid with someone else because Alex took the time to carefully look over the entire system. I just bought a home and the previous owner was giving me sketchy answers regarding the pool. I decided to call Alex at PSMP. I am glad I did. He told me everything that was wrong with the pool and what I could do to fix it. They help me determined that my pool had a leak. Alex from Pool Service and Maintenance Professional was a delight to work with. Not only was their prices one of the best around...trust me...we got 3-4 quotes from other vendors...but they were professional...on time...and they didn't go over the quote they presented. This is one awesome, honest company! Highly recommended! I feel so blessed to have just stumbled upon this business. Our above-ground hot tub stopped working, and I called around to various pool repair companies. Wow!!! Is all I have to say, as if I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed that these guys were able to turn my yukee green pool water back into clear swimming water after just a few days. They know there stuff! They also found the problem that caused why it turned green in the first place and made the repair at a great price. Pool Service & Maintenance Professionals returned my call for service request within minutes and scheduled service call the next day. Jack diagnosed the problem with my Hayward pool heater very quickly and replaced the ignition control. Price for parts & labor was extremely reasonable. Our 25 yr old heater stopped working, called Pool Service & Maintenance and they came out the same day to diagnose it. They showed me the failed areas and advised that it would not be cost effective to repair. Quoted me on a new heater and installation, which was cheaper that heater itself without labor from my local pool store! We had an underground leak problem on our in-ground spa and after getting 3-estimates, we only felt comfortable to deal with Pool Service & Maintenance Professionals. Although they were not the lowest quote, their workmanship and the time they spent to explain in detail our options was so helpful. Our pool pump was not circulation well and the water was starting to turn green. Contact Pool Service & Maintenance Professionals (PSMP) immediately came out to diagnose my problem the same day! They advised me my motor had bad bearings due to a leaking seal and that my impeller was clogged with palm tree seeds because my pump basket had a crack in it. We had an underground leak that was causing the pool to loose several gallons of water per day when the pump was running. We called Pool Service & Maintenance Professionals who quoted us a fair price for the service call to inspect the problem and they promptly showed up on-time the day of the appointment.
