Our company has operated Nissans for many years. Not only are they excellent vehicles, but even more important, the service provided by Royal Palm Nissan is beyond any comparison. We deal directly with service agent Mr. Hernando Valencia, and we can not say enough about his friendlyness, professionalism and integrity. I have 3 cars and all of them are Nissan. I love the cars, but one thing I really trust is the Royal Palm Nissan service. I've been taking my cars all the time there and I received an A+ customer service and results from the Royal Palm Nissan service personnel in particular from Hernando Valencia. I trust the service, the results, and the charges. Also, when they can save me a penny they will point it out. I would not take my cars to any other mechanics. Happy Customer, Felix Lara. The dealership is very nice and well-kept. A word of caution though... do NOT use the service representative named Hernando. This guy, in my opinion, is a dishonest rip-off artist. When I complained to the dealership about "bait and switch" tactics with parts for my truck I was told that Hernando is the #1 service rep. in the country for Nissan... meaning he bills the most(over-charges)... so none of the management will mess with his methods.
