So grateful to have found RushFiling! I needed a rushed LLC in CA and called Sacramento for the processing times and never got anyone on the phone. My CPA recommended calling Rush and they delivered beyond my expectations. I figured everything would be much longer during the virus shutdown but somehow my new LLC was formed and in my email box on the 3rd day after registering. Was referred to RushFiling by my accountant because I needed a corporation on the fly to apply to bid on a government contract. I was skeptical after I already paid and it took about a week and a few days than I saw some bad reviews so I was worried then. We have worked with Steve K. directly and love his brain! We are meeting with him this week to refer new clients. He always answers our questions and is willing to make time for clients, new and old. RushFiling has handled several of my corporation filings but I was caught last week in a bind and needed a corporate charter immediately or I was going to lose an investment. So, I placed an order on your website yesterday, on Saturday, for my new company's seller's permit and I expected to hear from you guys on Monday morning. I'm not sure how you did it but I had an active seller's permit a couple of hours later in my email. So, I was nervous about using an internet company but amazingly a person picked up the phone when I called. This is a great sign in my book. I needed my business name filed so I could cash a check and they literally had me a copy for me and my bank the next day! Then the weirdest thing happened, a guy called to make sure I got a copy of the filed DBA. I was then impressed; hence me taking the time out of my day to leave a review for them.
