Do not send them anything for repair, I sent them my Apple IPAD Air 2 in for a repair you will never get anything back, I turned them in to the BBB for corruption they stole my product you can file a police report but for grand theif it has to be over $1000 DOLLARS , They took my credit card info and billed my credit card but never repaired my IPAD and never sent it back to me they are crooks dont trust them, theses people are just thieves and crooks, There has been many complaints about this... I found RepairZoom online after I cracked my iPad 2 screen. I shopped around a bit for iPad repair companies and selected repairzoom because of their prices -- and also because of the excellent reviews. I easily ordered the iPad 2 repair on the website. I was so very impressed with this company's service! I sent my iPhone that would not turn on at all from Pennsylvania and I thought it was done for. They called and e-mailed me the same day they received it. The repair cost was much less than buying a new iPhone so I went ahead and paid for it.
